BORROW RATES

Simple. (and in cash only)

- Half Day (up to 3hrs) :: $15 -

Half day is a splendid option if you’re thirsting for a little sesh in beachies close to the Vintage Board Room (Bondi, Maccas, Tamarama, Bronte. Even the Bra).

- Full Day (return b4 noon the day after borrowed) :: $25 - 

Full day really means overnight. Dunno why we didn’t name it such. This option makes a little roadie down South to The Gong coast or up north towards Seal Rocks quite pertinent. Highly rated option as it probably gets you 2 sessions, and works for a quick getaway.

- Week (return in 3, 4 or 5 days after borrowed) :: $50 -

This is tops for weekend or holiday adventures. Take the piece away with you up to and beyond Crescent Head or down into Vicco. This option has some flex because you can slide around for a couple more days for no extra cost if you’re so inclined. (you might need a board bag here, and we can hook you up with a borrowed one for extra $5 if needed). 

- FREE SHIT - 

Plenty of quality wax to caress into the deck and fluro Zinc to load up on the snozz comes Gratis. These are just the little things that we care about, and that you can use for nada when borrowing a piece from the Vintage Boardroom.

- RULES -

There isn’t really many rules at all to the Vintage way - except that you treat the piece you borrow like it’s your own, because someone else did love her first.

There’s no geographical boundaries for the boards when borrowed and surfed - except for plane travel. That’s probably a little too extreme. How far you take the piece will depend on how long you wanna borrow it for (refer to borrow rates above).

When you come to the Vintage Boardroom to borrow from us, you’ll be required to fill out some simple paperwork, check for dings already on the board, and provide Drivers Licence or Passport details for identification and recording purposes. As precise as a library, but less hassle than a video shop…get it?

If a board comes back with a broken leggie, you’ll have to buy us another one. (Rope tied in a knot doesn’t count)

If a board comes back with more dings than she left with, we will have to quote to get them fixed and you’ll have to pay up. (We use local shapers for our repairs) 

All borrows and returns happen from the one place and are paid in cash only, which you’ll need to part from before you take the piece out of the Board Room. Dodgy meetings in empty carparks with brown paper bags aren’t the go.

Feel free to ask about our membership program. We don’t have one yet, (nor do we have a name for it), but we have some ideas around regular users being members - so you could become a guinea pig sliding on some borrowed vintage…
